Resin-bonded glass "Hercules"

This is a high-performance laminated glass manufactured using new energy-saving production technology.

The resin laminated glass "Hercules" is a high-performance resin laminated glass that has never been seen before, manufactured using new energy-saving production technology. There are two types of laminated glass: "film laminated" and "resin laminated." While most of the laminated glass currently on the market is predominantly "film laminated," we have focused on "resin laminated glass," engaged in research and development, and successfully developed "Hercules resin laminated glass," which possesses advanced functions not found in "film laminated glass." The manufacturing method of "Hercules laminated glass" is an energy-saving process that contributes to the prevention of global warming and significantly aids in reducing CO2 emissions on Earth. Resin-bonded glass "Hercules"

High-performance laminated glass made with new energy-saving manufacturing technology, unlike anything seen before.

The resin laminated glass "Hercules" is a high-performance resin laminated glass manufactured using a new energy-saving production technology. The technology of Hercules involves injecting a specially developed liquid resin (such as polyurethane, polyester, or acrylic) between the layers of glass, which generates an intermediate film through a chemical reaction at room temperature, thus producing laminated glass. It is expected to have a greater CO2 reduction effect compared to laminated glass that typically uses PBV (polyvinyl butyral) film. For more details, please download the catalog.
